About CBI

Congregation Beth Israel is the Mississippi Gulf Coast's only synagogue. The congregation's building was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, but in May 2009, a new synagogue opened and the congregation once again has a permanent home.

Sunday school Shabbat service
Friday, May 12, 6:30 p.m.
Join the Sunday school children as they lead their final Shabbat service of the year.
A dairy potluck will be held following services.
Everyone is asked to bring a dish to share.
(Contributions may be donated in lieu of a dish.Please notify the office prior to the service so food can be arranged.)

Sunday, May 21, 11:30 a.m.
General Membership Meeting
This is an important meeting. All members encouraged to attend! Brunch will be served.
New officers will be voted on.

Celebrate Shavuot! with Rabbi Hillel Norry
6:30 p.m. - Children’s programming
7 p.m. - Dairy dinner and cheesecake contest
